This Saturday we had a fun hike of the Rose River Loop in Shenandoah National Park. While we didn’t anticipate that there would still be snow up there, there were some beautiful waterfalls and the trail was great. We only lost one car this time too! (They did complete the hike, just a little bit after us.)
We focused on long-exposure photography, which was made slightly more difficult because it was very sunny but I still managed to get some good pictures.
This was our first time doing this hike, but now that we know about it we definitely want to come back in the fall and take more pictures with the beautiful changing colors of the leaves.
